WORK PLAN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL
VODIVE

In the school
year 2009/10 we will continue
with the activities in the
Eco-school network. We will
participate in the integrated
project Taking care of waste
where we will separate waste,
correctly dispose the food
packaging, take care of the
eco-island, explore what happens
to the waste and try to detect
illegal waste dumps in the
community.
Besides that we will:
- experience the nature
throughout seasons and recognize
the importance of bees,
- explore how climate changes
influence life in the home
environment,
- save natural resources,
- collect waste paper, toners,
cartridges, mobile phones and
batteries,
- collect PVC caps for actual
humanitarian actions,
- celebrate Eco Day, 22nd April
2010 (green plants planting,
cleaning actions...),
- try to raise Eco-awareness
among students, teachers, parents
and residents,
- read and participate in the Eco
Reading Badge,
- participate in the Eco greeting
cards contest,
- collect waste paper for
Šport&Špas,
- promote healthy way of life;
putting emphasis on eating and
movement (in connection with
FIT),
- celebrate Earth Day,
"School introduction"
and socialization of three
generations.
